My name is Abby Lake and I have just graduated from Kingston University, where I completed my Journalism BA degree. I am now a freelance writer and podcast editor.

I have a wide range of interests but I love personal human stories, whether that be others' or my own. As someone with juvenile myoclonic epilepsy and tinnitus, I am also very passionate about disabilities (particularly non-visible), mental health and health & wellbeing.

In my own time, I also like to film videos for my YouTube channel (abbyklake), read fiction and I love listening to music!​
